Fresh Foodie Fridays - 3/15/19

Introductions - Share with someone you LOVE

Steamed Cockles & Mussels…Simply enchanted with white wine and scallions in a savory broth and garnished with diced tomatoes…8.

Dinners are served with tossed salad & also includes chef’s vegetables & starch

Shrimp & Orzo … Bay shrimp roasted and served with wilted spring onions, tender peas in a lite touch of cream topped with twin cheese…20.

Irish Scrod Pie…a puree of scallion & parsley blended with heavy cream and potato seasoned with carrot, onion and peas served with Cockles and topped with Puff Pastry crust…20.

Fresh Foodie Fridays is a special occasion. On Fridays, I offer items that may sell out; and I do not anticipate having leftovers. These special food items are ordered in limited quantities, as they should never see the inside of a freezer. I want you to enjoy the fresh food that I enjoy preparing; food that is not offered anywhere else in Beaver County.Please do not be upset if you miss the chance to indulge in one specific Friday entrée. Please join us the following week for another great dining opportunity.

Welcome to the Club at Shadow Lakes Golf Course and Special Events Venue. We are now a public course open for tee times year round. We have a limited number of memberships, so check out our specials year round. View our golfing page for tee times and course information, including a printable course map. We are located approximately 10 minutes north of the airport, less than a mile off the Aliquippa exit of Interstate 376!
